Growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company located in Fort Worth, TX, specializing in the contract production and packaging of liquid and semi-solid prescription products.

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our 2nd shift team. As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by assisting with the production, packaging, and inspection of pharmaceutical products.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Assist with the assembly, filling, labeling, and packaging of pharmaceutical products
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines at all times
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards
• Accurately document production data and maintain records
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals
• Support team members and leadership with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (pharmaceutical experience is a plus)
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and climate-controlled environment
• Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player
