We’re hiring a Quality Control Specialist to help ensure accuracy and consistency across all printed and inserted materials. If you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy paperwork and process tracking, and know your way around direct mail production—we want to talk to you!

• Shift- 3rd Shift 10pm-6am
• Pay-$18hr 

What You’ll Do:

• Review printed materials and inserted mail for accuracy
• Set up job paperwork for 150–250 daily projects
• Perform quality checks during each stage of production
• Track and complete job orders according to client specs
• Generate daily reports and log completed work
• Ensure accuracy in all documentation and mailing processes

What You’ll Need:

• 6+ months in a quality-focused or print/mail production environment
• Experience in Direct Mail required
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiar with ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma, and postal regulations (preferred)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
