Snelling is currently seeking a Material Handler for our client’s facility located in Grand Prairie.  This role plays an important part in supporting warehouse operations through efficient material movement, loading/unloading, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.75/hour

Responsibilities:

• Unload and stage incoming shipments using various material-handling equipment (MHE).

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment while adhering to all safety rules.

• Prepare and break down inbound shipments for accuracy validation.

• Pull orders and stage materials for production in a timely and organized manner.

• Communicate regularly with Production Supervisors to ensure the availability of raw materials and products.

• Perform shipping and receiving functions, including wrapping, banding, loading/unloading trucks, and completing shipping documentation.

• Accurately pick customer orders and enter receipts into inventory.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout and at the end of each shift.
