Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical, or vehicle servicing. Is knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in area(s) of specialty. Requires 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Shift: 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate repairs with contractors and maintain knowledge of safety requirements of the  job and equipment
• Performs basic maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall repair and machine preventative maintenance.
• Performs various preventive maintenance functions on equipment on a scheduled basis in an attempt to maintain equipment and prevent breakdowns.
• Performing break fix on facility equipment and performing preventative maintenance on facility equipment
• Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines as well as be able to work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors, etc. in performing daily responsibilities.
