Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information. This position plays a key role in data entry, document preparation, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and database management
- Draft, format, and edit a variety of documents including memos, reports, and correspondence
- Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries, providing information and routing complex issues as appropriate
- Maintain confidential records and information with discretion
- Schedule meetings, and assist in coordination of internal events or trainings
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and data management
- Assist in onboarding support and general employee documentation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Friendly and approachable demeanor; must be personable and professional
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
