Production Room Operator – Liquid Manufacturing- Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $17-19/hr
Shift: 2nd shift, 2pm-10:30pm- train on 1st 5am-2pm

The liquid manufacturing operator is responsible for cleaning, setting up and operating the production room and various manufacturing equipment and associated paperwork is completed in a timely manner to ensure that the production schedule is met. GMP experience, working in a manufacturing setting. Able to lift up to 50lbs consistently. Working with hand tools. Ability to train and good attitude.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Prepares production room equipment for operation:
· Disassembling, cleaning, and assembling equipment.
· Cleaning manufacturing room prior to and after use.
· Lifting and scraping material.
· Weighing materials.

2. Manufacture liquid products:
· Following batch record and related SOP’s.
· Following step by step processing instructions
· Follows cGMP’s:
· Having all work checked by second person as it is done
· Documenting all work in batch record, component inventory sheet, and logbooks in a timely manner.
